Hello everyone.
Today 31/12/2024 is the end of the old year and welcoming the new year. But today the children still go to school as usual. Even though tomorrow is a holiday, it's only a 1 day holiday. Haha. If it were in Thailand, it would definitely be a long holiday until the 2nd day. Today, after the kids came back from school at 1:00 p.m., I took them to shower and get dressed because today my husband was going to take us out to get something to eat during the day. We chose to go for fried steamed buns, which was about a 30 minute drive to this restaurant. We've been there many times, but today we wanted to eat them, so we took the kids. When we arrived at the restaurant, there were customers at the table. Before entering the shop, in front of the shop I saw that there was a shop selling Thai food, but it was similar to a la carte food.
Walking into the shop, I could see through the clear glass into the room inside where employees were diligently making steamed buns. When the employees saw that someone was watching, they turned and smiled and went back to making steamed buns as usual. My husband ordered two flavors of fried steamed buns and the kids each ordered one steamed steamed bun. I had grass jelly in syrup, which was delicious. After a few bites, the kids begged for it too, and in the end, my grass jelly became theirs. Go immediately lol.
And this is our short time activity today. After finishing eating, conscience took me to drive into the village to go find a lottery, thinking of trying my luck on New Year's Eve, hahaha. Let's wait and see what it will be like.
