Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are well. Not long ago, I visited Cianjur of course I passed Puncak Bogor. There are a number of delicious restaurants there. However, I chose the Pagi Sore Padang Restaurant in Puncak Bogor. Actually, this restaurant is a Padang restaurant that has gone up a class.
Where the place is very luxurious and magnificent. In this place, it seems to be the most spacious Padang restaurant. There is a mini coffee shop and pastry. I can even see the cooking process of the food being sold. I want to tell you about the decoration of this place. The expensive impression is clearly visible in this place.
I chose to eat outside while enjoying the cool air of Bogor. What food did we order? I want to discuss how food is served in this place. The way food is served here is served with lots of side dishes on the table. What side dishes are served?
There is fish curry, tunjang, brain, eggplant, jange crackers with curry sauce, mashed cassava leaves and others. All the food served is tightly covered with plastic. It looks like they really maintain the cleanliness of the food. I also like the service from this restaurant. There are many waiters who look after and pay attention to customers. If you need help, they are also ready to help.

What did I eat? I ate rice rames containing some gravy, balado potatoes, chili sauce and cassava leaves. Added with curry chicken. How about the seasoning of this food? The seasoning is indeed very thick. Different from other Padang foods. Some people feel that this food is added with creamer. Very thick and savory.
For me, this food is enough to be eaten occasionally. Delicious, but the seasoning is too thick. This food and restaurant are indeed very famous. Many people recommend this food. I want to try the kikil and rendang here. The rendang seasoning here is not too black and different from other restaurants.
From the information I got, this food was founded by two brothers from Bukit Tinggi, Padang in 1973. The food sold is also a typical family food. I remember when I was little, when Eid al-Fitr arrived, my mother always cooked rendang and opor. Maybe that's the only story about the food I tried, see you in the next story.
