Well Chinese new year just past not long ago, we're invited to join the local annual dinner which located at the city town. And I'm hype to share with you some local dishes which is my first time attending such grand ceremony as well.
Got here the dinner hall at 7pm due to jammed from work. Which normally start at 8pm here. Lucky enough dishes were ready and will serves once you arrived. Have some chat around and not even 10 mins the menus are up for ya. Well I guess they all know we're hungry, I mean sort of hungry lol.
Some close up shots for you. Fried knuckle and deep fried sweet and sour fish as the main dish. Not to forget about herbal soup as well.
As for you know I'm not a quiet sitting guy here. Which brought me the the back for kitchen to survey * ahem* look around what menu have again. Surprise me with their quick and efficient attitude towards the table and their customer.
Up next with crab fried rice with eggs and spicy sour chicken with chestnut. All I can say is good appearance which they are good at it. As you can see from the side of the plate itself. Clean and neat. Kudos on that even though for this peak timing. But I recommend the fried rice myself.
Time to get going to fill up my stomach. Maybe some bags for takeaway as well. Don't waste food right my friend. Please pardon me for such pics.
