Happy Tuesday everyone, friends.
Today was a beautiful day, the sky was clear from the morning, the sun was in perfect harmony with the cool clouds. Due to which the whole day was quite enjoyable. On the other hand, today was our first fast of Ramadan, the whole day was well spent in fasting.
To be honest, if there is such an environment throughout the month of Ramadan, maybe it will be more pleasant for us to fast. Tomorrow will be our second Ramadan, let's see how beautiful the environment is tomorrow. On the first day of fasting, the atmosphere in the city was also much better, although there was a bit of traffic jam on the city roads in the morning, it gradually subsided after noon and people were able to return home before breaking the fast.
Today I will share with you a small fish recipe. But the papaya given in the recipe was from my garden. Papayas from my tree are quite sweet when raw, so the recipe turned out to be a bit sweet. Still the small fish recipe tasted great.
Recipe Ingredients-
- Small fish
- papaya
- Tomatoes
- Onions
- Raw chilies
- Coriander leaves
- Ginger garlic paste
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- salt
- Oil.
Preparation phase-
First I put the pan in the oven and heat the oil and then fry the onions lightly.
Then add all the spices including ginger garlic paste, add light water and grind the spices.
Then sliced tomato and papaya, mixed with masala and covered for some time.
Remove the lid and add the fish, mix with all the ingredients and add light water for the broth and cover again.
Then remove the lid and add coriander leaves and raw chillies and when the broth thickens, take it out for serving.
Ready to serve my today's special recipe of papaya with small fish. My interest in any plant vegetable recipe is relatively high.
