Today I made a jelly cake in my house. This jelly cake is very tasty with light blue. I do not use chemicals for color when I make light blue jelly. For light blue, I use blue butterfly pea flower. Blue butterfly pea flower is a natural product that is not harmful to the body. This is my first time trying a jelly cake made with blue butterfly pea flower. The first blue butterfly pea flower I made was a success so I will now share with Hivers how to make it. This jelly cake is easy to make and does not require a lot of ingredients. Let me tell you the ingredients first.
- Blue butterfly pea flower
- Warm water
- Agar Agar powder
- A little salt
First, I watered about 20 blue butterfly pea flowers with water. Then I soak these in warm water for 30 minutes.
When the warm water turns dark blue, I remove the flowers.
Fill a cup with sugar, as shown in the picture above, and add a teaspoon of salt. If you prefer sweets, you should add more sugar.
For agar agar powder, I use the brand shown in the picture. Use only one pack of agar agar powder as shown in the picture.
I mixed sugar, salt and a packet of agar agar powder and put it in a pot. Then add 4 cups of water and pour it into the pot. I use the same cup that used sugar. After adding everything, I heated the pot.
Then use a spoon to stir. When it boils as shown in the picture above, I can pour it into any container.

I do not pour it all, I just left a little in the pot. I mixed the remaining liquid with Blue butterfly pea flower juice and reheated it.

Once it has cooled, you have a delicious light blue jelly cake. If you want it to solidify quickly, you can freeze it in refrigerator. This jelly cake is easy to make and very tasty.
