Mussels for dinner , Dutch mussels that is !

Dutch mussels, cooked with white wine, garlic and vegetable broth. There is nothing better !

And they came from the airfryer. I have been experimenting. This weekend is fish weekend for dinner so tomorrow I will try prawns in garlic.

Good heavens those look delicious! Nothing like fresh mussels still in the shell. The taste is just fantastic. The trick is in the sauce though! There is a magic trick ❤️

I'm surprised you can make these in the air fryer! You really can cook anything in there! Looks like you have that thing figured out. I don't like mussels personally too much but they make for pretty picture displays and very popular in eastern Canada where I grew up. Looks like your dish turned out excellent. Bon apetit! xox
