I cannot begin to explain what tasking my first picadillo verde was like. It was magic.
Picadillo verde is a Mexican dish made with ground meat, potatoes and carrots or peas. The sauce was green chili based and while it had a little kick it was mild and very smooth. I just loved my lunch today!!
