
I hate to sound spoiled but in this case I am. I was brought 3 different Grana Padano Cheeses from Northern Italy made by a single cheese maker.
They are aged 6 months, 12 months and 24 months. The youngest being moist and creamier and I must say that was my favorite but each cheese is substantially better than I anything I have tasted in the US. For the clear winner was the 6 months but I was out voted with the 24 month being the clear winner.
It was eaten on a cracker dipped in Apricot marmalade. What a fantastic experience!
