El viernes pasado, mi novia y yo tuvimos la oportunidad de degustar un pollo asado en un restaurante llamado "La Pista" ubicado en el polideportivo de la ciudad.
Last Friday, my girlfriend and I had the opportunity to taste a roast chicken at a restaurant called "La Pista" located in the city's sports center.
A pesar de que el sitio cuenta con mesas al aire libre, llegamos a la hora del almuerzo y el intenso sol nos obligó a elegir comer en el interior del local, la atención fue rápida y eficiente, con meseros atentos que se aseguraron de prestarnos el mejor servicio.
Although the site has outdoor tables, we arrived at lunch time and the intense sun forced us to choose to eat inside the premises. The service was fast and efficient, with attentive waiters who made sure to give us the service. Best service.
La comida consistió en un pollo asado acompañado de bollos, ensalada y salsas, debo admitir que el sabor era excepcional, con un marinado especial que se hacía sentir con cada bocado, la textura del pollo era jugosa y suave, sin duda uno de los mejores pollos asados que he probado.
The meal consisted of a roast chicken accompanied by buns, salad and sauces, I must admit that the flavor was exceptional, with a special marinade that was felt with every bite, the texture of the chicken was juicy and soft, without a doubt one of the best roast chickens I've ever tried.
No queda duda de que "La Pista" es un gran lugar para disfrutar de un buen pollo asado en un ambiente agradable y con una atención de calidad, mi experiencia en ese restaurante fue simplemente excelente espero pronto volver a visitarlo.
There is no doubt that "La Pista" is a great place to enjoy a good roast chicken in a pleasant atmosphere and with quality service. My experience at that restaurant was simply excellent. I hope to visit it again soon.
