No sé a qué viene el nombre de este platillo pero si les puedo decir que la creatividad maracucha es tan amplio como su propuesta gastronómica callejera.

Yo dignamente luego de saltarme el desayuno y cenando ligero la noche anterior me dispuse a pedir una de carne deshebrada de cerdo o comúnmente pernil, adicional llevaba mortadela, queso fresco ( llamado cebú) repollo y queso madurado, bañado con salsa tártara (aquí son especialistas) ketchup y obviamente no podía faltar la mostaza que créame le da un plus.
After skipping breakfast and having a light dinner the night before, I decided to order a pork shredded meat or commonly called pernil, with mortadella, fresh cheese (called cebu), cabbage and matured cheese, bathed with tartar sauce (they are specialists here), ketchup and of course mustard, which, believe me, gives it a plus.
La porcion generosa para disfrutar, si tienes hambre fácilmente comerse dos 🙋🏽♀️. (y lo volvería a hacer) el precio si los ví un poco elevado pero se que se consiguen más económicos. Es una comida para un modo-gordo ocasional y a juro hay que acompañarlo de bebida gaseosa, con agua o te no combina señores. Yo le doy un 8/10.
The generous portion to enjoy, if you are hungry easily eat two 🙋🏽♀️ (and I would do it again) the price if I saw them a little high but I know you can get cheaper.
