Saludos Hivers, feliz miércoles para todos ustedes. Ayer he intentado subir unas fotografías del cumpleaños de mi pareja, pero por alguna cosa no pude iniciar sesión en Liketu desde mi celular, la verdad es que la mayoría de las veces tengo problemas con eso, intento hacerlo por medio de Keychain pero se queda como bugeado.
En fin, que ayer nos hemos pasado el día muy bien, a pesar de que económicamente no estemos del todo bien, el hecho de organizarnos ha valido la pena para poder disfrutar algunas cosas del día. Pues mi pareja tenía antojo de comer algo criollo como una cachapa con queso de mano y cochino frito, así que nos hemos ido a un restaurante especial con este tipo de menú.
Absolutamente todo estaba exquisito, desde las heladas cervezas, hasta los crujientes chicharrones, que por cierto solemos comerlo con un toque de limón y un poco de sal.
La cachapa con queso era igual de grandiosa, pero lo mejor fue la carne, tocino, chorizo y costilla, con ese aderezo de guasacaca que nos pusieron fue el toque gastronómico que nos hizo suspirar. Pero el toque mágico supongo que ha sido de la lluvia.
Ya luego fuimos a buscar una torta de manzana que mande a hacer con mi madrina pues a ella le queda realmente exquisito, y bueno, mi pareja y ella se la llevan muy bien, así que han ideado cantar cumpleaños allí los tres, tomarnos fotos aprovechando el arreglo del cumpleaños de la nieta de mi madrina.
La pasamos muy ameno, tal vez no ha sido como años anteriores, pero mi pareja quedó a gusto sobre todo porque le ha tocado trabajar y eso a él le fascina a pesar de que sea en su cumpleaños, eso lo toma él como un regalo del cielo.

Greetings Hivers, happy Wednesday to all of you. Yesterday I tried to upload some pictures of my partner's birthday, but for some reason I could not log in Liketu from my cell phone, the truth is that most of the time I have problems with that, I try to do it through Keychain but it stays as bugeado.
Anyway, yesterday we spent the day very well, even though economically we are not doing well, the fact of organizing ourselves was worth it to be able to enjoy some things of the day. My partner was craving to eat something Creole like a cachapa with hand cheese and fried pork, so we went to a special restaurant with this kind of menu.
Absolutely everything was exquisite, from the frosty beers, to the crispy chicharrones, which by the way we usually eat with a touch of lemon and a little salt.
The cachapa with cheese was just as great, but the best was the meat, bacon, chorizo and ribs, with that guasacaca dressing they put on it was the gastronomic touch that made us sigh. But I guess the magic touch was the rain.
Then we went to get an apple cake that I had my godmother make for us because she likes it really exquisite, and well, my partner and she get along very well, so they have thought of singing birthdays there the three of us, taking pictures taking advantage of the arrangement of the birthday of my godmother's granddaughter.
We had a very pleasant time, maybe it was not like in previous years, but my partner was very happy, especially because he had to work and that fascinates him even though it is on his birthday, he takes it as a gift from heaven.
