

Hi friends, if you are hungry, here is one of my recipes. Fast and tasty. I season the minced meat well with salt, pepper, vegetables, red pepper and breadcrumbs. I take two pieces of foil and put the seasoned meat on the first foil. I cover with another foil and gently press with my hand to obtain thinly flattened meat. I work with foil because it's a lot easier. When it is thin enough, approx. 2 cm, I remove the top foil and arrange the ham, cheese, and egg in the middle. I gently roll the meat together with the foil from below and remove the foil along the way. That's how we get a roll. I put thinly sliced pancetta on the roll and roll it like a braid. I bake in foil for the first 20 minutes so that everything is pressed well, and later I remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes: You can bake without foil the whole time, but this is how I'm used to it, so that the meat is juicier. Towards the end of approx. 5-8 minutes of baking, I add the pasta so that they are rolled in the meat sauce
