



This garlic grows in the forest (you will see in the photo) and in my place it is called Sremuš. It is very medicinal and we often harvest it. Its taste is stronger than domestic garlic and various specialties can be made from it.I like to cook this thick soup, I cook garlic with the addition of various vegetables, blend it with a mixer and add sour cream.You can also dry it and use it as a spice.
