I am a guy who absolutely loves to Dine Out whenever the occasion presents itself and since I work in sales I have to constantly be on the road which means I get to Dine Out quite often and yesterday was a day when I couldn't be back home by the time for Lunch so I had to look out for a new restaurant that I haven't visited yet and I found this Restaurant as an Option for my Lunch Meal.
The Name of the Restaurant was Chalu Multi Cuisine
I have lived in Jalpaiguri for like 3 years now and strangely I have never heard about this Restaurant ever but by the looks of it on Google Maps I found the restaurant might be good so I went to visit the place.
The Ambience of the Restaurant was pretty nice as everything looked clean and clear even though I visited at Noon. I am pretty sure the Restaurant will take a new look if I visit during Night and I fully plan to do so. The restaurant was located on the third floor of a Tower and even though they had a place with a view there was nothing worth watching from that location s it is located on a busy street.
For the food, I ordered three items, One Garlic Naan, One Masala Kulcha, and a Banjara Chicken Masala. If I have to say something about the food I can only say that it was definitely finger-licking good as I definitely licked my fingers after eating them.
The Garlic Naan was super Garlicy and I say this because I have had several Naans that say Garlic Naan but have no Garlic in them at all. But this Garlic Naan had loads of Garlic in it and I absolutely loved it.
As for the Banjara Chicken Masala, I was really impressed with it as the flavors were pretty complicated and I really wanted to learn about the Spices they used as I could just feel that there was definitely a concoction of spices used in this dish but I was just left to enjoy the dish and I feel like the next time I visit I might get the courage to ask for the recipe so that I can cook the dish at home.
