Cómo Preparar Berenjenas Rellenas. Una Receta Fácil y Exquisita./How to Prepare Stuffed Aubergines. An Easy and Exquisite Recipe.

Hola amigos, hoy les quiero compartir esta receta de berenjenas la cual es deliciosa y fácil de preparar, no requiere muchos ingredientes y es una manera distinta de preparar este versátil vegetal.

Hello friends, today I want to share with you this eggplant recipe which is delicious and easy to prepare, does not require many ingredients and is a different way to prepare this versatile vegetable.

Ingredientes:

  • berenjenas

  • 1/4 kg de carne de res molida

  • 100 grs de queso blanco rallado

  • Tomate

  • Ají

  • Cebollín

  • 2 cdas de aceite vegetal

  • 1/4 cda de cúrcuma

  • Orégano

  • Sal al gusto

Ingredients:

  • Aubergines

  • 1/4 kg of ground beef

  • 100 grs of grated white cheese

  • Tomato

  • Chili

  • Chives

  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric

  • Oregano

  • Salt to taste

Procedimiento:

  • Lo primero que realizo es picar las berenjenas por la mitad y colocar a hervir en suficiente agua hasta que se logre una consistencia blanda, en ese punto se les escurre el líquido y se dejan enfriar para posteriormente extraerles la pulpa sin dañar la parte externa.
  • The first thing I do is cut the aubergines in half and place them to boil in enough water until a soft consistency is achieved, at which point the liquid is drained from them and they are left to cool and then the pulp is removed without damaging the external part.

  • Sofrío el tomate, cebollín y ajíes picados en cuadritos, al marchitar agrego la carne de res y la sal, una vez lograda la cocción de la carne le agrego la pulpa de las berenjenas picadas. Luego se le agrega la cúrcuma y se deja cocer por unos minutos a fuego lento.
  • I fry the tomato, chives and peppers cut into small squares, when withering I add the beef and salt, once the meat is cooked I add the pulp of the chopped aubergines. Then add the turmeric and let it cook for a few minutes over a low heat.

  • En este paso procedo a rellenar las berenjenas con el guiso, le coloco queso blanco rallado por encima y orégano. Las llevo al horno a 350°hasta que gratinen.
  • In this step I proceed to stuff the eggplants with the stew, I put grated white cheese on top and oregano. I take them to the oven at 350°until they are grilled.

Así quedaron mis berenjenas rellenas, listas para degustar.../So were my stuffed aubergines, ready to be tasted...

Espero las preparen, es una receta sencilla y les aseguro que queda exquisita.Se puede cambiar la carne de res por pollo o pescado al gusto del comensal.
