Hello My Dear Witches...!



Today it was my turn to make breakfast, usually my mother does it, however, today she asked me to do it because she wanted to sleep a little more, how could I refuse? The reason why I don't like to prepare breakfast is because sometimes (almost every day) my imagination for the kitchen in the morning hours is almost null, and breakfast ends up being a disaster, but today I got up in a good mood and my imagination was in a good mood, so I prepared some DELICIOUS SARDINES IN THE GARLIC, the truth is that they were left to lick your fingers.



Even my brother who hates sardines found them delicious, in fact, I wonder if they were sardines hahaha. I prepared them with the canned sardines that I usually prepare, this is one of the things that I love to prepare them for, because they make my life easier for quick preparations like today's, because the truth is that it only takes about 10 minutes to cook these delicious sardines with garlic, because when they are already cooked the only thing we need is to give them a touch of heat so that the flavors are integrated, the result is great.



Between chopping the vegetables and cooking it only takes about 20 minutes, another 10 to integrate the flavors and I had the perfect companion for my arepas ready, although with a good toast it would be just as great, if you want to know how you can prepare them, come with me and I'll show you. Enjoy!

Ingredients

    <200 grams of canned sardines.
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped.
  • 1/2 finely chopped red pepper.
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped garlic pot
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped garlic.
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander
  • The juice of three lemons.
  • 3 tablespoons of corn oil.
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 Tbsp of vegetable broth powder.

Preparation


In a hot pot add the oil and the onions, fry until it crystallizes a little and add the garlic, stir.


Continue adding the chopped paprika and stir well, let it cook for a couple of minutes. Add the sardines to which we have previously removed the spines, and add the chopped garlic, integrating everything very well with the help of a spoon.


We continue seasoning, for which we add the salt, cumin and vegetable broth powder, remember that the sardines have already been seasoned, so it does not require more seasoning, just to highlight the flavors, followed by this we add the juice of the lemons and stir very well, to finish, adding the cilantro, we integrate only a little and turn off the fire, cover and let rest about 10 minutes before serving.


A really fast preparation with a really delicious taste, I really think that all garlic preparations are delicious, but in particular the fish is delicious. As I told you before, I accompanied it with fried arepas and a delicious cream cheese, the truth is that it didn't need anything at all, it was perfect.

Hola Mis Queridos Brujitos...!


Hoy me toco hacer el desayuno a mí, por lo general lo hace mi madre, sin embargo, ella hoy me pidió que lo hiciera pues quería dormir un poco más, ¡Como negarme? La razón por la que no me gusta preparar el desayuno es porque en ocasiones (casi todos los días) mi imaginación para la cocina en horas de la mañana es casi nula, y el desayuno termina siendo un desastre, pero hoy levante de buen ánimo y mi imaginación estaba de buen humor, así que prepare unas DELICIOSAS SARDINAS AL AJILLO, la verdad es que quedaron para chuparse los dedos.



Incluso mi hermano que odia las sardinas las encontró deliciosas, de hecho, me pregunto dudoso si eran sardinas jajaja. Las prepare con las sardinas en conserva que suelo preparar, esta es una de las cosas por las que amo prepararlas, porque me facilitan la vida para preparaciones rápidas como la de hoy, pues la verdad es que solo tarde unos 10 minutos para cocinar estas ricas sardinas al ajillo, pues al estar ya cocidas lo único que necesitamos es darle un toque de calor para que se integren los sabores, el resultado es genial.



Entre picar los vegetales y la cocción solo tarde unos 20 minutos, otros 10 para que se integren los sabores y ya tenía listo el acompañante perfecto para mis arepas, aunque con un buen pan tostado quedaría igual de genial, si quieres saber cómo puedes prepararlas, acompáñame y te muestro. ¡Disfruten!

Ingredientes

  • 200 gr de sardinas en conserva.
  • 1 Cebolla grande finamente picada.
  • 1/2 Pimentón rojo finamente picado.
  • 1/4 Taza de ajo porro finamente picado.
  • 2 Cdas de ajo finamente picado.
  • 1 Cda de cilantro picado.
  • El zumo de 3 limones.
  • 3 Cdas de aceite de maíz.
  • 1/2 Cdta de sal.
  • 1/4 Cdta de comino molido.
  • 1/4 Cdta de caldo de verduras en polvo.

Preparación


En una olla caliente agregamos el aceite y las cebollas, sofreímos hasta cristalizar un poco y agregamos el ajo porro, revolvemos.


Continuamos agregando el pimentón picadito y revolvemos bien, dejamos cocinar por un par de minutos. Agregamos las sardinas a las que previamente le hemos retirados los espinazos, y adicionamos el ajo picadito, integramos todo muy bien con ayuda de una cuchara.


Continuamos condimentando, para lo que agregamos la sal el comino y el caldo de verduras en polvo, recordemos que ya las sardinas han sido condimentadas, por lo que no requiere mayor condimento, apenas para resaltar los sabores, seguido de esto agregamos el zumo de los limones y revolvemos muy bien, para terminar, agregándole el cilantro, integramos solo un poco y apagamos el fuego, tapamos y dejamos reposar unos 10 minutos antes de servir.


Una preparación realmente rápida con un sabor realmente delicioso, realmente creo que todas las preparaciones al ajillo son deliciosas, pero en particular al pescado le queda de rechupete. Como ya les había comentado, lo acompañe con arepas fritas y un delicioso queso crema, la verdad es que no le hacia falta nada en absoluto, quedo perfecto.
