Buenas tardes mis queridos lectores hoy les traigo una propuesta irresistible para los amantes de la carne, esta es una de mis recetas favoritas por muchas razones, es fácil, rápida, deliciosa y aprovechamos los tallos de perejil que en la mayoría de las casas es desechado, la estrella de este plato es el perejil, lo usamos todo y así aprovechamos sus propiedades y beneficios para nuestro cuerpo, y en combinación de otros elementos nos da como resultado un exquisito platillo

Necesitaremos // We'll need

Medio kilo de carne para guisar

Una zanahoria grande

Dos cebollas

Aceite

Tres cucharadas de azúcar

Dos cucharadas de salsa inglesa

Dos tazas de agua

Half a kilo of stew meat

A large carrot

Two onions

Oil

Three tablespoons of sugar

Two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

Two cups of water

Procedimiento // Procedure

Llevamos al fuego el aceite aproximadamente 1/4 de taza, cuando este caliente agregamos el azúcar, cuando tenga un color dorado añadimos la carne la cual tendrá previamente sal, pimienta y salsa inglesa, unir muy bien y dejar dorar por 10 minutos, pasado este tiempo podemos agregar la zanahoria picada en ruedas, la cebolla en trozos y tallo del perejil picado, completamos con dos tazas de agua, tapamos aproximadamente por 2 horas o hasta que la carne este blanda ( la mayoría de la veces al pasar una hora ya podemos revisar por que la carne puede estar ya blanda ) servir con abundante perejil finamente picado

Esta receta es de mi autoria, hoy me complace compartirla con ustedes, poder disfrutar de platos sencillos y exquisitos, eso les guste tanto como a mi, gracias por leer!
