Buenas noches mi apreciada comunidad, la noche de hoy prepare un plato especial para todos los integrantes de mi familia, este plato es uno de los favoritos en mi casa, por eso no puedo dejar de hacerlo, hay muchas variantes hoy te traigo carne con zanahoria y berenjena, guisaremos la carne con un método fácil, cómodo y sencillo veras que te encantara esta receta, el único detalle de esta receta es la espera del ablandamiento de la carne, del resto no logro ver alguna otra dificultad

Para la receta de hoy necesitaremos // For today's recipe we will need

Un kilo de carne para guisar

Dos tazas de zanahoria picados en tiras

Cebollin finamente picado ( al rededor de una taza )

Medio litro de caldo de pollo

Cinco dientes de azo

Media taza de salsa de tomate

Media taza de aceite

Una berenjena grande

One kilo of stew meat

Two cups of carrots cut into strips

Finely chopped chives (about a cup)

Half a litre of chicken broth

Half a cup of tomato sauce

Procedimiento // Procedure

Salpimentamos la carne y condimentamos al gusto, pisar los ajos y llevar al fuego con el aceite, agregamos la carne y movemos, ya sellada nuestra carne agregamos la mitad del cebollin picado, la salsa de tomate y el caldo de pollo, cocinamos por 45 minutos o hasta que se ablande la carne

Listo este proceso agregamos la zanahoria, esperamos 15 minutos a fuego lento y reservamos

Nuestra berenjena // Our eggplant

Muy fácil y sencillo proceso, rebanamos nuestra berenjena y la remojamos en agua por 10 minutos luego la sacamos del agua y agregamos aceite, sal y pimienta, las cocinamos hasta que se doren

Very easy and simple process, we slice our aubergine and soak it in water for 10 minutes then we take it out of the water and add oil, salt and pepper, we cook them until they are golden

Para hacer nuestra presentación // Para hacer nuestra presentación

En un plato hondo colocamos las berenjenas asadas y sobre ellas hacemos una montaña de nuestra carne con zanahorias, por ultimo agregamos el resto del cebollin finamente picado como decoración, esta receta alcanza para 5 porciones
