Buenos días apreciados lectores en vista a lo que estamos viviendo últimamente, me refiero a la pandemia, estaba haciendo mis recetas de te anti-gripales, mi abuela fue amante de las plantas medicinales, lo cual me ha ayudado bastante por que conservo todas sus recomendaciones

En el día de hoy hice una infusión que nos va a reforzar el sistema inmunologico, contiene limón rayado o sea que vamos a consumir el limón completo sin desechar nada, a parte se conoce que la cascara de limón contiene 10 veces mas vitamina que su pulpa, yo les mostrare paso a paso como hacerlo, combinaremos el limón con jenjibre y menta, veamos como lo hacemos

Una cucharadita de limón rayado

Un pedazo de jengibre

Tres hojas de toronjil o menta

Técnica del limón rallado:

Congelaremos el limón por al menos 24 horas luego de esto podemos rallarlo, aprovechamos y lo rallamos completo, guardamos en un envase o bolsa herméticamente cerrado, para eta receta necesitamos solamente una cucharadita, la tomamos y guardamos el resto ( puedes desechar las semillas )

Grated lemon technique:

We will freeze the lemon for at least 24 hours after this we can grate it, we take advantage and we grate it complete, we keep in a container or bag hermetically closed, for this recipe we need only a teaspoon, we take it and we keep the rest (you can discard the seeds)

Procedimiento // Procedure


Hervir las dos tazas de agua con el jengibre por 5 minutos, ya hirviendo agrego la cucharada de limón y las hojas de menta, apagamos el fuego y tapamos, servir ya pasado 10 minutos

Detalles de esta receta:

Debemos pasar por un colador al servir

Si deseas un sabor mas fuerte deberás dejar hervir el jengibre por 10 minutos

Puedes endulzar con miel o azúcar

La unión del limón, jengibre y menta son un regalo de beneficios saludables, para fortalecer el sistema inmune combatiendo resfriados y enfermedades
