buenas tardes apreciada comunidad, hoy nos deleitaremos elaborando pan pita, es un pan plano ideal acompañamiento para muchas comidas, tiene forma circular y es muy sabroso, es muy sencillo de hacer, puedes hacerlo en sarten , es un tipo de pan que podemos hacer sin horno y queda realmente muy bien

Necesitaremos // We'll need

Medio kilo de harina

2 tazas de agua

1 cucharada de aceite

1 cucharada de sal

1 cucharada de azúcar

Half a kilo of flour

Procedimiento // Procedure

Como este pan lo hice con harina leudante, solo mezclamos el agua con la azúcar sal y aceite, lego ir añadiendo la harina e ir amasando hasta lograr que la masa se despegue del bowl , añadir mas harina de ser necesario , ya listo nuestro bollo, lo dejamos reposar por 30 minutos, pasado este tiempo, procedemos a estirar la masa con un rodillo, y con un molde de tu preferencia procedemos a cortar las piezas de pan, llevamos al sarten y cocinamos, es muy rápida su cocción y hay que estar pendientes de no quemarlos,

Este pan lo podemos acompañar con lo que queramos, a mi me encanta untarlo con mantequilla aun cuando esta caliente!!!!
