Buenos días apreciada comunidad, el día de hoy deseo compartir con ustedes la elaboración de un plato sencillo de hacer muy aceptado y super sabroso, les hablo del pollo empanizado, el cual es común hacerlo en muchos hogares les quiero mostrar una pequeña peculiaridad que es agregarle perejil a esta receta, esta receta la hago con tiras de pechuga de pollo y también con tiras de pescado, hoy compre una pechuga de pollo para mostrarles este proceso, en un próximo post mostrare el proceso usando pescado, aunque seria hacer lo mismo solo que sustituimos el pollo por el pescado

Necesitaremos // We'll need

Pechuga de pollo en tiras con sal y pimienta

Aceite para freír

Dos cucharadas de salsa inglesa

Un huevo

Pan rallado

Perejil finamente picado

Chicken breast strips with salt and pepper

Frying oil

Two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

One egg

Bread crumbs

Finely chopped parsley

Procedimiento // Procedure

Agregamos la salsa inglesa al pollo, batimos el huevo y le agregamos el perejil ( unimos el huevo batido y el perejil ), ahora pasamos el pollo por el huevo y luego por pan rallado, llevamos a freír en aceite caliente y esperamos a que se doren, recuerda pasar por papel absorbente, servimos con ensalada y a disfrutar, un platillo delicioso y fácil de hacer, gracias por leer!
