Suave y esponjosa de coco // Soft and fluffy coconut

Buenas tardes mi querida comunidad, estoy muy contenta por que hoy es tarde de merienda con bizcocho ideal para estos días todos en casa disfrutando de un buen trozo de pastel, el día de hoy les traigo un pastel esponjoso y suave de coco, les voy a enseñar poco a poco como lograremos este resultado tan genial

Comencé a hacer tortas hace unos 27 años atrás ( wow un montón de años para mi jajajaja ) por supuesto que mi primera torta me quedo fatal y recuerdo claramente que mi abuela se la comió toda, eso me motivo muchísimo, ella me dijo que estaba deliciosa y desde ese día no he dejado de hacer tortas, hornear es mi pasión y ahora puedo darte todos los tips y secretos que he aprendido durante todos estos años

I started making cakes about 27 years ago ( wow a lot of years for my hahaha ) of course my first cake was terrible and I remember clearly that my grandmother ate it all, that motivated me a lot, she told me that it was delicious and since that day I have not stopped making cakes, baking is my passion and now I can give you all the tips and secrets that I have learned during all these years

Necesitaremos // We'll need

Dos tazas de harina leudante

1/4 de tazas de mantequilla

Una taza de azúcar

Dos huevos, separamos las claras y yemas

Una cucharada de vainilla

Una taza de leche de coco

Two cups of leavening flour

1/4 cups of butter

One cup of sugar

Two eggs, separate the whites and yolks

A spoonful of vanilla

One cup of coconut milk

Procedimiento // Procedure

Primero vamos a realizar tres pasos rápidos que son:

Unir las yemas con la vainilla y batir, reservar esta mezcla

Segundo unir la mantequilla con el azúcar, mezclar muy bien y reservar esta mezcla

Tercero batir las claras

Ahora los siguiente es unir nuestra mezcla de mantequilla y azúcar con la mezcla de yema con vainilla, unimos muy bien, añadimos la leche de coco y la harina de trigo alternándolos poco a poco y dejamos por ultimo las claras de huevo previamente batidas, esta la vamos a incorporar con mucho cuidado ya que contiene el aire que nos aportara la esponjosidad a la torta, llevamos la mezcla a un horno pre-calentado 180 grados en un molde engrasado y enharinado, horneamos por 25 minutos o hasta verificar que la torta este lista ( ponemos usar un palito de madera )

Solo nos queda disfrutar de esta rico postre, gracias por leer!

Third beat egg whites

Now the next is to join our mixture of butter and sugar with the mixture of yolk with vanilla, we join very well, add the coconut milk and wheat flour alternating them little by little and finally the egg whites previously beaten. This we are going to incorporate with much care since it contains the air that contributed the sponginess to us to the cake, we took the mixture to a preheated furnace 180 degrees in a greased and floured mold, we baked by 25 minutes or until verifying that the cake this ready (we put to use a wood stick)
