Hoy les presento unas ricas galletas de mantequilla para compartir en familia

- 150g sugar
INGREDIENTES.
- 1 Huevo
- 100 gr de mantequilla
- 1 1/2 taza de harina de trigo
- 150 gr de azúcar.

Mezcle los ingredientes en una taza hasta obtener una masa homogénea.

Luego la dejé reposar por diez minutos

Con los moldes saqué las galletas
Then I placed them on a floured, floured tray
Después la coloqué en una bandeja enmantequillada y enharinada
Finally I took them to the preheated oven at 180oC, for 3 minutes, removed them from the oven and let them rest until cooled.
Finalmente las llevé al horno precalentado a 180° C, durante 3 minutos, las retiré del horno y las dejé reposar hasta que se enfriaran.
