We started a new year and that is why it is time to resume with each of the pending activities that one as a human being has to do and thus to be able to achieve achievements, besides this is something that only one can achieve and sometimes for everything to go well, you have to give yourself some time off to take your mind off, laugh, share and continue with the load of activities.
Yesterday was the perfect time to take that break, since I was coming from two intense weeks and that you add the studies, which many already know that as one advances the complexity of the subjects grows, so I left home and it was a very quiet Saturday to go to the cafeteria that are near the house, since I just needed to go to a different place. I took my wallet, my luck and in the morning hours I left, since I was sure I was going to order a breakfast and in that way recharge my energy, since the day was extremely long.
I had not been to this place since last year and I was surprised that they did some remodeling, changing the colors, the tables and this time I created a dark but very warm atmosphere, plus some yellow lights that achieved a great contrast with everything, so this time the cafeteria seemed a very cozy place and as always the attention is essential from the moment you arrive. I checked a little place and found a couple of empty tables for being a little early and immediately I was attended and ordered coffee and a breakfast that was simple, economical and very tasty.
Everything arrived at my table in about 10 or 15 minutes approximately, where once again I was surprised by the presentation of the dish and how everything arrived at the same time, that is, the coffee and breakfast, from there it only remains to start eating and tasting all that. We started with the coffee and this time it was a small black coffee, in a white glass cup, all elegant, accompanied with a small cookie, very rich, where the black coffee at its point and was pure, but for the hour it was perfect, since it wakes you up.
For breakfast it was a very well balanced dish, in small portions, but each one in its point, where this one had eggs, toasted bread and two creams that were to be put on the bread and create an excellent combination of flavors. I enjoyed it all very little by little, it was also a moment to be alone, to have breakfast, to eat something different and that is what makes this dish special, since it takes you to other flavors. Besides, all that combined with a cup of coffee highlights a great contrast and allows you to keep eating and not leave anything on that plate.
All very nice and I really needed to return to that magical place like the coffee shops and even if it's just a couple of minutes sitting there, with that great smell of coffee I will always enjoy it. That way I was able to do something different from the daily routine and have breakfast with a good cup of coffee and a plate full of strength, so, friends do not forget to visit this place and do not miss each of the renovations that were made.
