Ah here! You've outdone me! That looks way better than mine. Thank gawd I didn't post a picture of my effort. I'd be a laughing stock:) I deep fry it. I'll try shallow frying next time. It looks delicious.

        lol Aww you make me blush - thank you. I decided to shallow fry in this attempt - it worked well and was delicious indeed.

        Thanks again - we now have a new favourite recipe. I will experiment with thinner deep fried pieces as chips(fries) to serve as a snack with dips.
