Hello, community greetings and happy new year, wishing you all a happy, healthy, creative, peaceful, year. This is the first post for the year 2024 for Creative Sunday.
A simple vegan recipe, reasonable, easy and delicious.

ingredients:
cabbage
onion,
salt,
gram flour
ginger garlic paste.
coriander and cumin seeds
oil
tahini
lime

Prepare the ingredients wash and chop which is necessary.

2 cups of finely chopped cabbage
1 red onion finely chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 cup gram flour/chickpea flour
1 tbsp tahini
2 tsp crushed coriander and cumin seeds
1/2 lime juice
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil.

In a bowl mix all the above ingredients thoroughly if you have fresh cabbage squeeze extra water from the cabbage. I had one old one that was not so juicy. Mix all together and make a consistency like dough.

Heat the skillet with 1 tbsp oil.

Take an appropriate amount of cabbage mix make a small round shape and press in hand.

Set them in the skillet to cook. keep medium heat.

After 4 minutes turn the other side/flip them to cook the other side.
Cook them until they look crunchy out remove them from the skillet And enjoy them as a snack or for dinner.

We had them for dinner with cooked beans, and salad with homemade date sauce.
