So, We are here again on another Sunday, It's a day where we can do some creative tasks and share them with our Hive family.
This is the special dish my wife and I cooked today, I requested it and she agreed. we had beef kept in our refrigerator and we used it and all other ingredients were also present at home.
Let's dive in.
Ingredients
- 1 kg Beef steak.
- 3 Onions
- 2 tablespoons ginger garlic green chilli paste
- Salt as per taste
- Half a teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- Half a teaspoon of cumin powder
- Half teaspoon garam masala powder
- 12 to 15 almond
- 1-inch coconut
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 8 to 10 round red chilli
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1 cup oil
Cooking Procedure
The first step is to cut the onions into small pieces as shown in the image.
Now we will need one Cooking pot and oil. Add oil to the cooking pot.
Let the oil get hot on the light flame and add onions into it. Let the onions change colour to light brown.
Now bring the beef cut in proper shape. the cutting of the beef should be long.
add the beef to the cooking pot.
Mix it with onions in the cooking pot.
Now we will make ginger garlic green chilli paste
and we will add this paste to the cooking pot. we will cook it for two minutes.
Now we will add salt and some water to the cooking pot.
now cover the cooking pot and keep it for about 40-45 minutes on low flame.
now we will bring the dry spices.
add the dry spices to the cooking pot and cook for some time.
Now it's time to make almond, coconut & poppy seeds. paste.
we will also include round red chilli along with almonds, and poppy seeds. and coconut.
add the paste to the cooking pot, it will make the gravy thick and delicious, it's a secret paste ;)
the second last stop is to add the yoghurt
and the last step is to add Green chilli and green coriander.
here you have your delicious, yummy tasty Beef Mughlai steak gravy. Eat it and enjoy ;)
