So I decided to cook pumpkin. There was a time when I didn't eat pumpkin. I did not eat on the day when pumpkin was cooked in our house. Now I like pumpkin a lot because it has so many benefits. Pumpkin is very good for your skin and it is also very healthy for your health

Ingredients
- Pumpkin (Half kg)
- Onion (Half kg)
- Coriander
- Oil (50 gm)
- Salt (Half Tablespoon)
- Ground Red Chilli (One Tablespoon)
- Turmeric (Half Tablespoon)

Procedure
First we will take the pumpkin (Half kg) and after washing it well we will peel it and we will cut it into small pieces. Then we will take the onion (Half kg) and we will also peel and cut the onion


After cutting onion and pumpkin we will take oil and put it in a pot and keep it on low flame. When it's hot, we'll add some onions and brown the onions and make our recipe delicious

When the onion turns light brown, then we will add all the remaining chopped onions and cook it for about five minutes


Now we will add chopped pumpkin to it. We added the pumpkin later because it is tender and it cooks quickly. After adding the pumpkin we will cook it for about half an hour until it is cooked well


Pumpkin recipe is ready. Now we will wash and cut the coriander and add it
