Obično se naježimo kad pomenemo slatkiše zbog kalorija, ali kad je ovaj kolač u pitanju, jedete ali zdravo i bez loših šećera i ugljenih hidrata. Jer nećete verovati, ovo je kolač koji se pravi od pirinča!

For this cake, you ONLY need two ingredients!
Basmati rice and cooking chocolate (74% cocoa)
Dakle, skuvajte 1 šolju basmati pirinča.
So, cook 1 cup of basmati rice.
Meni se pokvarila mikser činija pa sam miksala u sokovnik. Sve se može kad se hoće! 😄
Zatim otopite čokoladu na tihoj vatri.
Ja sam otopila 100grama, ali što se MENE tiče, može i 200 grama 😆
My mixer bowl broke, so I mixed in a juicer. Everything is possible when you want! 😄
Then melt the chocolate over low heat.
I melted 100 grams, but as far as I'm concerned, 200 grams is fine too 😆
Pomešajte otopljenu čokoladu i pirinač...
Mix the melted chocolate and the rice.
U to dodajte 1/2 šolje tople vode..
Add 1/2 cup of warm water to it..
Izmiksajte minut, dva.
Blend for a minute or two.
Smesu izlijte u okrugli kalup. Ja nemam okrugli, pa sam sipala u ovaj koji vidite. Svakako će se pojesti...😉
Pour the mixture into a round mold. I don't have a round one, so I poured it into the one you see. It will definitely be eaten...😉
Ostavite u hladnjaku oko 2 sata da očvrsne...
Izvadite, isecite i uživajte!
Može i neka voćkica uz ovaj braon slatkiš. Od gore sam posula kajaom i šećerom u prahu,ali ne mora.
