My 58th Instacart paycheck 💸 🛒

What a week this one turned out to be. I ended up having my highest-paying single order ever, a whopping $156. That same day ended up being my highest earnings in one day at $331. On top of both of those things, this week was one of my top 3 best weeks in all of my Instacart shopping history earning over $700. Let's dive into the details.

Monday, February 26th

Tuesday, February 27th

No work

Wednesday, February 28th

I was pleasantly surprised by how well Wednesday went. I was busy with orders pretty much all day long. None of them were spectacular, but all combined equaled a day of earnings well over $100. I'll take that seeing as it'll make the rest of this week much less stressful.

I made about $41.95/hr on this day.

I would be psyched if every day this week went exactly like this one. Well, perhaps minus the tornado and flood warnings. It was a messy day, but I dressed appropriately and everything went just fine. Thank goodness I have a good rain jacket and waterproof boots for days like this one.

Thursday, February 29th

Thursday went pretty well. I knew I was going to have about half the time that I normally have to work, but luckily I got some orders during that smaller window of time. I had plans to go to my parents' house for dinner and I wanted to get there early. This meant I wouldn't be working as late as usual.

I made about $43.74/hr on this day.

As soon as I turned the app online, I got my first order of the day. It was an okay one, but I think it alerted the algorithm that I was serious about working on Thursday. I got a few more orders after that and then decided it was time to call it quits and head over to the house that I grew up in.

Friday, March 1st

It finally happened! When I needed it the most, Instacart decided to go parabolic. Friday marked new all-time highs for me doing this job. I had my highest earning order ever. On top of that, I had by first $300+ day. This happened exactly a week before I will have to take an entire weekend off to go help my brother move. I am so thankful for this day.

I made about $74.97/hr on this day.

The $106 order is the one that also gave me $50 cash, which means they tipped me $148 total. This is the best customer in my area. I often get lucky enough to shop for them on Fridays only.

Multiple other customers decided to be very generous with their tips too. The money just kept adding up. I was tempted to keep going when it hit 6 pm and started to get dark, but I figured I had gotten enough for the day and didn't want to get greedy. I still have Saturday and Sunday to work, which means I have a chance to beat my current total weekly earnings goal of $734 back in February of 2023. I hope the next two days are at least half as good as Friday was.

Saturday, March 2nd

Saturday was nothing compared to how Friday went. I had some orders during the morning, but things dried up by afternoon and I waited around for hours to no avail. It was just about the same earnings as on Thursday of this week.

I made about $47.96/hr on this day.

I may have not been super busy, but it wasn't a $0 day thank goodness. I added to my already juicy weekly earnings and trust that Sunday will be another huge day so that I can at least get close to breaking my weekly earnings record.

Sunday, March 3rd

Sunday was a solid day, I made over $100 so I considered it a win. I may not have earned quite enough to break my weekly earnings record, but it was enough to allow this to be my 2nd best week of Instacrt shopping ever.

I made about $54.61/hr on this day.

I left the app online until 7 pm because I was desperate to get past $730 for the week. Sadly, nothing came in after my final order and I was forced to go offline and call it quits. I was far from unhappy though considering I just had a stellar week.

End of week hours and pay 🤑

My weekly pay was close to $710 and I worked only 12.5 hours.

I made about $57.08/hr on average this past week.

Doing it again next week 👀

Week 58 was my second-best week of Instacart earnings since I started in January of 2023. This happened when I needed it the most as I will have to take all of next weekend off to go help my brother move out of state. I couldn't be happier about these results and aim to earn as much as I can when I am available to work Tues-Thurs of next week (Week 59).
