My Scaling Story

When I ran the No Loss Lottery I took a very small percentage of the earnings and gave the rest away as prizes. At first it wasn't worth my while, just a few Leo. But I knew if I could move beyond 4-5 people it would payoff. By the time I closed down the No Loss Lottery 2 years later I had over 100 people who had bought over 10,000 tickets. I was making a fair amount of Leo and it was more then orth my while. The difference was scaling. Once I was able to increase from 5 to 10, 10 to 20, 20 to 40 and eventually 100 people the business was profitable and the customers were happy. scaling increased not only my share, but the size of the prizes also. This kept people invested, and happy.
