Interesting, I'm going to research it. Cafe Bustelo is pretty good for the price, I like that stuff, but I drink it black with no cream or sugar, good old US Army style! Getting off of caffeine is not easy, but sounds like that stuff if working. It it works, keep it up. I know how the battle of the bulge becomes harder to win once you start getting some gray hairs...
