There are so many emotions that are mixed in an instant and we would like to witness them with the same intensity and even more because we know how loss hurts.

But when there are family offshoots we must take courage and continue with their presence in our hearts and transcend those beautiful values, including sharing.

There are times when our essence cries out for a different food, normally in my diet I eat vegetable soups, raw or shredded salads, chicken and grains, very rarely beef I do not crave it regularly, when I buy ground beef for pasta which cannot be missing in the list of the pantry.

But today I wanted to buy a pig to roast, we don't have a grill yet so I have to improvise with what we have in our humble backyard.

If you notice in life, the complexity is in our mind if we want to do something we look for the way to execute it, my brother and I looked for two blocks, a refrigerator grill that we have only for barbecue use in these cases, since we had a lemon wood, which is good to make a bonfire and more when it is dry.

Lighting the cooker takes time, especially when it is very windy, I forgot to count the time and some details, because I was seasoning the pork with oregano, garlic and soy sauces, a touch of salt, onion, basic ingredients from our pantry, but what was satisfying was that we had a delicious barbecue and spent a pleasant time with the family, and between bites one gets full very quickly, jiji.
