My sister is a cook in a company that provides gastronomic services in the city of Medellin, Colombia, so her job is largely to cook some things, because her most significant and really great job is to serve food care to groups of elderly people, that is to say groups of elderly people. This service is done in various parts of the city, and their groups vary in quantity. The incredible thing is the amount of work that she does alone and the number of functions that she does. Accompanying her on this visit has left me stunned and has grown in my greatest admiration and respect for the work of my sister. It is not easy to be a migrant, but she has managed to carry it out in an almost heroic way, so writing this little work about her fills me with love.
She has a great ability to cook, but from what I observed, in this job, her biggest challenge is the speed she must have to exercise all the tasks, discipline, order, neatness, kindness and respect. Not only must she receive the food daily, but she must also control the temperature and hygiene of the food, she must count everything to make sure it reaches everyone. She must weigh each dish for each diner, make daily reports and reports, clean all the materials, leave the kitchen spotless, And this process she does daily, and several times a day, because she usually serves breakfasts, lunches and snacks, It really is a very extensive job for one person, but she has managed to carry it out in such an incredible way. She has a lot of skill and speed. The truth is that I couldn't do this job because everything would fall out of my hands. What my family called โbutter handsโ is a very demanding job, so it was a pleasure to be there with her and witness her daily work.
Not only is she an excellent worker but she has an incredible patience, dealing with adults is an exhausting job and you must have a very good character according to that demand, witnessing the love and respect she has for my sister has been one of the best experiences of my life, seeing these grandparents approach my sister to hug her and say good morning in the most smiling way gives me to understand the great work she does, accompanying her was an incredible weekend experience, I ended up exhausted and only took some pictures, so she finished her day and still had an incredible strength to continue doing her work at home and outside of work, so it is an experience that leaves me a lot of learning, and sharing it with you makes me very happy, thank you for reading my work and support me, happy start of the week, and I hope that next weekend is full of good experiences and success.
