Indeed a healthy substitute, dear @aloysiusmbaba 😃 Sweet snacks that contain a lot of added sugar do little for our energy, as they make us sleepy afterwards, and also thirsty. These bites are to be carried even wrapped in a paper napkin, as they are not greasy either. Thank you so much for your appreciation ❤️
