For dates, I get used to consume dates paste when I am not feeling good, a kinda immune and energy booster

I know I could probably get all the ingredients here. My problem is I'm horrible at figuring out avocados. There either to hard or too ripe when I try to use them 😂 I probably need someone to accompany me when I buy them.

Yess, here too. So difficult to find good seller of avocado. Try to find seller in the warm room. From my experience, buying avocado in the modern market with air conditioner inside Will make the avocado so badly ripe then. The inside has black dots or brown 🥲
When I bought from traditional market, that's better. Usually I bought that already ripe for that day.
