Panquecas de remolacha // beetroot pancakes

Hola amigos feliz domingo para todos espero que estén bien y lo pasarán en familia, hoy traigo para ustedes unas deliciosas y coloridas panquecas de remolachas son muy ricas con un sabor dulce natural que nos aporta la remolacha son ricas en fibra y a parte la remolacha es excelente para subir las defensas también me gusta esta idea para los pequeños de la casa que muchas veces no les gusta comer vegetales entonces podemos ofrecer estás panquecas coloridas y ellos no van a sentir el sabor ni la textura de la remolacha, sin más les dejo los ingredientes y el paso a paso .

Hello friends, happy Sunday to all, I hope you are well and you will have a good time with your family, today I bring you some delicious and colorful beetroot pancakes, they are very tasty with a natural sweet flavor that beets give us. They are rich in fiber and, besides, beets are excellent. To raise the defenses I also like this idea for the little ones in the house who often do not like to eat vegetables so we can offer these colorful pancakes and they will not feel the flavor or texture of the beetroot, without further ado I leave the ingredients and step by step.

Ingredientes:
• Una remolacha grande
• Media taza de harina de trigo
• Una taza de leche vegetal ( en este caso utilice leche de arroz les dejo el enlace de cómo hacerla en casa https://ecency.com/hive-180569/@daifernandez0929/te-muestro-como-hacer-leche )
• Un chorrito de vainilla
• Una pizca de sal

Ingredients:
• A large beetroot
• Half a cup of wheat flour

• A dash of vanilla
• A pinch of salt

Está receta es muy sencilla y rápida para el desayuno y si queremos enviarle a los chicos al colegio esta es una gran opción lo que recomiendo es ya tener la mezcla lista y en la mañana solo hacer las panquecas, lo primero que haremos es colocar en una olla con abundante agua la remolacha entera a cocinar por unos 30 min , me gusta cocinarla de esta forma ya que conserva mejor sus nutrientes y su color .

This recipe is very simple and quick for breakfast and if we want to send the kids to school this is a great option. What I recommend is to already have the mixture ready and in the morning just make the pancakes, the first thing we will do is place in a Cook the whole beetroot in a pot with plenty of water for about 30 min. I like to cook it this way as it better preserves its nutrients and color.

Una vez lista retiramos la piel y cortamos en cuadros de cualquier tamaño ya que luego irán a la licuadora.

Once ready, we remove the skin and cut into squares of any size since they will then go to the blender.

El siguiente paso es colocar en la licuadora la remolacha que cocinamos previamente y agregamos media taza de harina de trigo , una taza de leche vegetal yo utilice leche de arroz pero pueden usar leche de avena , también agregamos un chorrito de vainilla y una pizca pequeña de sal , no es necesario agregar azúcar ya que la remolacha para mí gusto es bastante dulce naturalmente.

The next step is to place the beetroot that we previously cooked in the blender and add half a cup of wheat flour, a cup of vegetable milk I use rice milk but you can use oat milk, we also add a dash of vanilla and a small pinch of salt, it is not necessary to add sugar since beets for my taste are quite sweet naturally.

Vamos a procesar todo muy bien y nos va a quedar una mezcla homogénea, en una sartén vamos a poner a calentar muy bien y luego agregamos un poco de la mezcla y dejamos cocinar hay que tener un poco de paciencia ya que duran un poquito más en secar y salir las burbujas que nos van a indicar que es momento de dar la vuelta, dejamos bien doradas por ambos lados .

Una vez listas servimos , pueden acompañar de fruta fresca que le vendría muy bien , es un desayuno bastante saludable y para la lonchera de los pequeños de la casa está súper genial ya que le estamos dando una buena fuente de nutrientes.
