Carrots veggie sauce with garnished foreign white rice

Hello friends happy day to you all , greetings all round the world, Hope everyone of you are doing well.
I will be sharing a nutritious and healthy recipe to you all , which is carrots veggie sauce with garnished foreign white rice,all recipe are plant based foods very delicious and healthy meal.

Following Ingredients

1 cup of foreign rice
3 fresh pepper
1 middle onion
1 teaspoon of salt
4 middle carrots
Spring onion
Lettuce
Vegetable oil
Boiled granded fresh tomatoes
1 teaspoon of seasoning powder
2 Maggi
Rosemary leaves
Water.

Preparing ingredients
Wash your vegetables three times, slice or blend to your desire size then place aside.

Step 1
Wash your rice , place it on a cookig pot add water and salt , put on the gas and place the pot on top, cover to boil.

Step 2
Bring out your slice vegetable place beside you, place another pot on your cooking gas ,add your vegetables oil allow it to heat for some seconds

Step 3
Pour your sliced onion and pepper inside the hot oil , stir fry for some minutes

Step 4
Pour your vegetables along , then add your granded boiled tomatoes,rosemary leaves little salt, seasoning powder and Maggi to it , cover to heat up

Lastly
Add your lettuce leave to your sauce, cover for 2 seconds

Everyone our healthy looking meal is ready to eat
