Hello friends and vegan lovers! I'm so excited to be part of this amazing community with lots of beautiful healthy displays we love to see. I love this community because it helps us eat healthy and we know what is said about health.
I decided to also find ways to eat healthy too because food is mostly the body's medicine so we should always eat healthy.
I want to share my signature salad which I love to make regularly because of it's benefits. It's the avocado salad.
The ingredients I used are
. 2 avocados
. 1 big cucumber
. 10 medium size tomatoes
. 1 onion bulb
. 1 small garlic bulb
. 2 small lemons
Preparation
. Wash and chop the tomatoes
. Wash, cut and chop the cucumber in small chunks
. Peel, wash and chop the onions
. Cut and chop the avocado in small chunks
. Peel the garlic and crush them then cut the lemon.
. Mix up all the ingredients and squeeze the lemon to give it a nice tangy taste.
Try it if you an avocado lover, I promise you will enjoy it greatly.
