Today I want to share with you an icecream recipe which i am preparing without cream but fruits.
Due to summer season nowadays it is very hot here and my kids are always ask for icecream. Its not healthy to give them store brought sugary icecream every day so I thought I will prepare some healthy alternative of icecream at home with natural ingredients. My trick worked and my kids liked this icecream very much 😊.
I am sharing this quick and healthy recipe with you also to try.

INGREDIENTS
☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘
▪︎ Banana - 4 Nos.
▪︎ Apple - 2 Nos.
▪︎ Dates - 6 Nos.
▪︎ Unsweetened Dark Chocolate - 80 Gm (As per the taste)

PROCESS
☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘☘
Peel apples and chop into big square pieces.
Add some water in the apples and boil the apples until becomes soft.
Melt the dark chocolate by keeping the bowl of chocolate in boiling water.
Remove the seeds of the dates.
When the boiled apples and melted chocolate comes into room temperature put it in the grinder jar along with bananas and dates
Grind everything together until smooth.
Put this mixture in the icecream mould and fill it.
Tap the mould for 3-4 times to remove the bubbles if any and cover it.
Put the icecream mould in the freezer for 7-8 hours or until frozen.
Our fruit icecream is ready now. Remove it from the mould carefully and enjoy.
