RE: Steamed Tofu With Ginger Broth

The dish looks colorful and delicious. I applaud those who can eat tofu. I'd likely substitute it for fish or chicken. That would change the vegan aspect of the dish. The ginger as you say is definitely good for your body. Since I have hypothyroidism and take thyroid medication and blood thinners for other conditions for many years, my doctor advised not to eat tofu.
