Holla friends! Vegan love to you all. I made pumpkin leaf sauce and I'm inviting you all to try out this simple and delicious recipe.
Pumpkin leaf is one vegetable that is high in vitamins, it's also a vegetable that can be explored in numerous ways.
I used the following ingredients in preparing my pumpkin leaf sauce.
INGREDIENTS
4 large tomatoes
1 large onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 cooking spoons soy oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
400g pumpkin leaf
1 large bell pepper
4 hot pepper
COOKING PROCESS
STEP 1
Start by plucking vegetables, put them in a bowl, add water and salt to wash, slice and set aside.
STEP 2
Wash and slice onions, peppers and tomatoes.
STEP 3
Place a clean pot on fire, add a cooking spoon of oil, onions and tomatoes. Add fresh sliced peppers after 3 minutes.
STEP 4
Add sliced and washed vegetables, bell peppers, soy sauce and chili sauce. Stir to combine all ingredients, steam for 3 minutes and our sauce is ready to be enjoyed.
