I'm happy to share another recipe today of spinach in a combination of other vegatables put together with love and enjoyed with rice or other substitute. Spinach is one healthy vegatable that can be used in stir fry foods, vegetables, salads soup and sauce. It's a bit slimy in nature but I enjoy it anyways even in my smoothie.
You can give it a try as well, I'm sure you would love it.
INGREDIENTS
4 Large tomatoes
6 hot peppers
1 bell pepper
1 medium onion
3 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon soy sauce
4 cups rice
1 tablespoon Curry masala
1 handful of spinach leaf
3 cooking spoons soy oil
Water
COOKING PROCEDURE
STEP 1
Start by adding water in a pot and set on fire, wash rice until water is clear. I washed mine four times before adding into the pot of boiling water, add 2 tablespoons of salt and allow to cook for 25 minutes.
STEP 2
Prepare the ingredients needed by blending tomatoes, peppers and onions together.
Slice some onions, bell pepper, wash and also slice the spinach.
STEP 3
Set a clean pot on fire and add soy oil, when hot add onions and allow to fry for few minutes.
Add freshly blended tomato mix, add salt, spices and allow to fry.
STEP 4
Add a tablespoon of soy sauce when tomato is well fried, add bell pepper and spinach, stir and turn off the fire.
Our delicious plain rice and spinach sauce is ready and it was yummy.
Serving: 6
