Holla friends! Vegan love to you all. I would love to share with you a cabbage recipe that I just tried out. It is pack with a variety of vegetables and very nutritious. It is also a nutrient densed meal that should be enjoyed by the whole family. It is also very delicious, I ate mine as a main meal without paring with another meal. It is something you should try as well, you will definitely love it.
The following are ingredients used in preparing this meal. Follow my step by step procedure for making this cabbage meal.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cabbage
7 baby carrots
1 large onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cooking spoons soy oil
1 Red and yellow bell peppers
3 large fresh tomatoes
1 teaspoon mix spices
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
A handful of spinach
100g lettuce
2 cooking spoons water
COOKING PROCESS
STEP 1
Start with preparing cooking items. Wash and slice tomatoes, onions and carrot.
Also prepare cabbage, bell peppers, lettuce and spinach, wash, slice and set aside
STEP 2
Place a clean pot on fire, add one cooking spoon of oil, when hot, add freshly sliced tomatoes and onions. Allow to fry for 5 minutes then add rosemary, salt and curry spice. Also add finely chopped carrots and cook for 3 minutes.
STEP 3
Add washed and sliced cabbage to the carrot mix. Stir properly and cover lid for 30 seconds. Add diced yellow and red peppers for flavor and colours.
STEP 4
Add remaining spices like soy sauce and chilli sauce. Taste to adjust salt and pepper. Add sliced spinach and lettuce leaf, cover and cook for 1 minute and our cabbage meal is ready.
