In fact it is called Flower Burger and is famous not only for its totally vegan burgers but also for its colorful look and its colorful buns thanks to the cherry extract, curcuma, carrots and other ingredients! I found out about this place thanks to Vrindavana, a veg friend of mine who recommended it to me and accompanied me there, the place is located in Florence inside the i Gigli supermarket, the first veg burger in Tuscany. As soon as I arrived I fell in love with the place, a thousand cheerful colours, strange and cute swing chairs (where we obviously sat), the whole place gave off a positive air and good vibes. The menu was beyond paper and is written on a screen above the counter, the choice on the menu is really wide, the burgers all have bright colors but their contents are different, the burgers themselves are made of chickpeas or lentils or soya or seitan. The cheese itself used is completely vegan being based on plants or almonds and coconut. Since everything is vegan there is no trace of meat or dairy products and for those who are prejudiced I assure you that everything was very good and had nothing to send to the meat. In this place obviously there are various menus, consisting of the hamburger served with a side dish which can be potatoes, aubergine chips, fried aubergines and courgettes, edamame and other seasonal vegetables, in addition to their classic sandwiches every month there is a sandwich of month.

Infatti si chiama Flower Burger ed è famoso non solo per i burger totalmente vegani ma anche per il suo look colorato e i panini coloratissimi grazie all' estratto di ciliega, la curcula, le carote e alti ingredienti!
Ho conosciuto questo posto grazie a Vrindavana una mia amica veg che me lo ha consigliato e mi ci ha accompagnato, il posto si trova a Firenze dentro il supermercato i Gigli, il primo burger veg in Toscana.
Appena arrivata mi sono super innamorata del luogo, mille colori allegri, strane e carinissime sedie fatte ad altalena ( dove ovviamente ci siamo sedute) , tutto il locale emanava un aria positiva e di buone vibrazioni.
Il menù era oltre cartaceo è scritto su uno schermo sopra il bancone, la scelta del menù è veramente ampia, i burger hanno tutti colori squillanti ma il loro contenuto è diverso, i burger stessi sono fatti di ceci o lenticchie o soya o seitan.
Il formaggio stesso usato è completamente vegani essendo a base di piante o mandorle e cocco.
Essendo tutto vegano non c'è traccia di carne o lattucini e per quelli che sono prevenuti vi assicuro che era tutto stra buono e non aveva niente da inviare alla carne.
In questo posto ovviamente ci sono vari menù, composti dall' hamburger servito con un contorno che puo essere patate, chips di melanzane, melanzane e zucchine fritte, edamame e altre verdure stagionali, oltre ai loro panini classici ogni mese c'è un panino del mese.

De hecho se llama Flower Burger y es famosa no sólo por sus hamburguesas totalmente veganas sino también por su aspecto colorido y sus coloridos bollos gracias al extracto de cereza, cúrcuma, zanahorias y otros ingredientes. Conocí este lugar gracias a Vrindavana, una amiga vegetariana que me lo recomendó y me acompañó hasta allí, el lugar está ubicado en Florencia dentro del supermercado i Gigli, la primera hamburguesa vegetariana de la Toscana. Nada más llegar me enamoré del lugar, mil colores alegres, extraños y lindos columpios (donde obviamente nos sentamos), todo el lugar despedía un aire positivo y de buen rollo. El menú iba más allá del papel y está escrito en una pantalla encima del mostrador, la elección en el menú es muy amplia, todas las hamburguesas tienen colores brillantes pero su contenido es diferente, las hamburguesas en sí están hechas de garbanzos, lentejas, soja o seitán. El queso utilizado es completamente vegano y está basado en plantas o almendras y coco. Como todo es vegano no hay rastro de carne ni lácteos y para los que tienen prejuicios les aseguro que todo estuvo muy bueno y no tenía nada que mandarle a la carne. En este local evidentemente existen diversos menús, consistentes en la hamburguesa servida con una guarnición que puede ser patatas, chips de berenjena, berenjenas y calabacines fritos, edamame y otras verduras de temporada, además de sus clásicos sándwiches cada mes hay un sándwich de mes.

My friend also took a classic, the Cherry Bomb Burger, a pink sandwich with lentil burger, salad, soy sprouts, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and a special sauce created by them, for the side dishes she took various ones, seitan meatballs , potatoes and fried vegetables. He assured me that his sandwich was just as bomb as the name suggests! Honestly, I really liked this experience, it's proof that you can eat healthy, healthy and still find tasty and tasty things! Furthermore, the place is really nice and so are the sandwiches, an explosion of flavors and colours!

Ovviamente in ogni menù è conpeesa l' acqua con un bicchiere che si può ricaricare a piacimento se invece volete altre bibite o birra dovete pagare un piccolo sovrapprezzo!
Adesso vi parlo del mio panino, io dopo aver letto il menù ho deciso di ordinare un Jungle bbq, uno dei loro classici, burger di avena e fagioli, pane con semi di sesamo, insalata e pomodori freschi, cheddar vegano, zucchine al forno e salsa BBQ affumicata, da parte una maionese vegano, come contorno melanzane fritte, era davvero un panino saporito dal gusto forte e deciso, davvero buono.
Anche la mia amica ha preso un classico il Cherry Bomb Burger, panino rosa con burger di lenticchie, insalata, germogli di soya, pomodori, formaggio cheddar e una salsa speciale creata da loro, per i contorni lei ne ha presi vari, polpette di seitan, patate e verdure fritte. Mi ha assicurato che il suo panino era proprio una bomba come il nome suggerisce!
Onestamente questa esperienza mi è piaciuta molto è la prova che si può mangiare sano, vevano e trivare lo stesso cose gustose e saporite!
Inoltre il posto è davvero carino e lo sono anche i panini, un esplosione di sapori e colori!
