Today I will invite you to process one of the vegetables that is rarely processed in my area. Radish, at first glance, is similar to the shape of carrots, but the texture is much different and has a unique flavor when processed into any dish.

Radish and carrot soup

A combination of 2 ingredients that have different colors and a touch of different flavors. But when combined in a soup dish it becomes a very delicious and fresh dish. Well vegan friends you need to know this is my first turnip soup. Previously I was hesitant to process turnips into soup, but after looking for several references on the internet I dared to prepare it. And very coincidentally, I got the radish yesterday at the supermarket in my city.

Curious about radish soup, let's take a look at the preparation steps!

Ingredients Needed

Add cayenne pepper, well here I add the chili as a whole, if you want a spicier taste, you can chop it. Then add the chopped spring onions and celery.

Carrot turnip soup is ready to serve, you can serve 2 to 3 servings of this recipe. But of course, I prepared only 2 servings for the large bowl size, and I prepared this especially for my father. He loves to consume soup, especially soup with vegetable flavors like this. For the first time, radish soup became very different in my serving bowl.

Who would have thought that radish has such a delicious flavor when combined with carrots, the flesh of the radish is very tender and becomes very soft. The watery texture is as if the seasoning in the soup is perfectly absorbed, the savory, slightly sweet natural blend of carrots becomes one. It is very tasty and fresh, perfect to enjoy during winter as a reminder of the new taste of radish.
