Fresh or sweet bread always makes me curious to try it. Especially bread with vegan ingredients without eggs, of course, makes me even more curious and must try it at home.

As a bread lover, I love to try breads that I haven't usually tried before like the bread I'm going to make on this one. Pakcoy bread is my choice this time, where this bread is made from processed green pokcoy vegetables that are extracted from their juice so as to create vegan bread that can be consumed with other than your favorite.

At first, I was hesitant to try a vegan recipe from pokcoy but after seeing the results on the internet some time ago, it was very beautiful. And the bread looks so soft that I am more excited to try this recipe.

As a newbie learning to make bread, I was very happy to be able to successfully make this beautiful pokcoy bread. I was so excited when my bread came out of the oven and the funny thing is that I was also very excited to write this recipe.

Well, I'm curious about the steps of the preparation process for making vegan bread from pakcoy vegetables. Let's take a peek at the simple recipe below!.

Ahh as you can see this bread is very successful, and I think it's my first softest vegan bread. The texture is really like a dough that uses eggs, the voids in the bread are quite telling isn't it? I cut the bread when it started to cool down. And let the shape not conform to the appropriate thickness. But that wasn't satisfying enough for me.

After cutting the bread to my desired thickness I started spilling my favorite chocolate spread. Wow, the fantastic taste of pokcoy seemed to disappear from my memory, it was like milk bread. It was so good, there was no bitterness from the vegetable, the flavor was just right. The use of ingredients is very appropriate and I did it according to the recipe instructions.

Hey, I really liked your recipe. I've already made the carrot and corn bread, but I hadn't thought to do it like you did. It actually turned out delicious. I can just imagine the flavor. Cheers.

In fact, I've never tried cornbread, so I guess this will be my next bread-making idea. Try making this pokcoy bread and you'll love it too!.
