Ingredients;
- A packet of samaposha
- A full cup of scraped coconut
- 10g of peanuts
- Five cloves of cashews
- Half teaspoon of salt powder
- 3/4 cup of sugar
The method of making;
First of all, you need to fry peanuts and cashews. Stir fry on medium heat for three to four minutes.
Peel the roasted peanuts and break them into small pieces.
This Samaposha is made by combining four types of main grains, especially corn,rice, green gram and soya.
First we need to caramelize the sugar. For that, let's add two table spoons of sugar and make caramelize.
Add two tablespoons of hot water to it.
Let's add the rest of the sugar and dissolve it.
Add scraped coconut, salt and stir well.
Now add peanuts and cashews pieces and mix well.
Now switch off the flame and finally add the samaposha and stir well and transfer to another vessel to cool down.
Now all you have to do is make the shapes you want, roll them in a way you like or make them into any other shape you like and taste them.
This samaposha aggala is one of the tastiest and sweetest snacks that can be made very easily and quickly. I made this today by melting sugar syrup. Or you can make it by adding sugar. But this samaposha aggala is made by sweetening sugar and making it more delicious. I added cashews and peanuts to make it taste better. He actually added more flavor.
