Hello my loving Hiveans,
How are you, Good evening to all my dear friends. I hope all my dear friends are having a relaxing Sunday with their families. I believe I am still very busy as a housewife. So in the midst of all this, I thought it would be good to enjoy a sweet treat this evening. No name, but a simple and quick sweet dish with a very good sweet taste.However, let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- Half cup of wheat flour
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- A pinch of salt powder
- 40ml of water
- 75ml of oil
- A few cumin seeds
- Two pods of cloves
- *Two drops of vanilla
- A drop of red food colouring
The method of making;
Add flour to a bowl.
Then add a pinch of salt powder and a teaspoon of sugar.
Add a teaspoon of oil.
Mix all.
Make this dough by gradually adding 30ml of water.
Knead the dough for about three minutes until it becomes softer.
Let's roll this dough out thinly by rolling it out on a rolling pin. We want to roll it out thinly.
Cut off the unnecessary parts around the edges and cut into a rectangular shape.
Cut into small pieces as shown in the picture.
Add oil to the pan and when the oil is hot, add these small pieces.
Fry until medium golden brown.
Now let's make the sugar syrup.
Add remaining sugar to the pan.
I added cumin seeds and cloves to give this syrup a new flavor.
Now add 10ml of water.
Then add two drops of vanilla and a drop of red food colouring.
We need to make this sugar syrup by melting it well and simmering it on low heat. In about three minutes, we can make this sugar syrup to the consistency we want.
Add fried pieces to it.
While keeping it on the stove, stir everything well so that it sticks to these pieces.
Remove from heat when it thickens.
This sweet dish has a nice sweet taste. It also goes very well with tea. Not only that, I think it's a quick and easy dish to make when you're just bored. It's also delicious and looks beautiful, so it's a good sweet dish.This is a new experiment. Anyone who is busy can make it. And I think you can also make it as a self-employed job.
Warmly thanking you for reading.
