Hola comunidad amantes del sabor y de la cocina creativa, espero se encuentren bien y tengan un excelente día cargado de salud, prósperidad y bienestar. Encantado de estar nuevamente con ustedes para compartirles mi cocina creativa la cual consiste en unas barras energética y muy nutritiva de avena, banana y coco. Es muy sencilla de preparar y en pocos minutos.

Hello community lovers of flavor and creative cuisine, I hope you are well and have an excellent day full of health, prosperity and well-being. Delighted to be with you again to share with you my creative cuisine which consists of some energetic and very nutritious oatmeal, banana and coconut bars. It is very easy to prepare in just a few minutes.

Without further ado, I invite you to get your hands on the oatmeal and let's cook together in this beautiful adventure.

Los ingredientes que utilizaremos para preparar estas nutritivas barras energética son:

  • Avena (250 gr)
  • Cambur (2)
  • Coco al gusto

The ingredients we will use to prepare these nutritious energy bars are:

  • Oatmeal (250 gr)
  • Cambur (2)
  • Coconut to taste



Iniciamos agregando 250gr de avena en un bowl

We start by adding 250gr of oatmeal in a bowl.




Después lave con abundante agua las bananas, luego retiré la cáscara

Then I washed the bananas with abundant water, and removed the peel.

Luego añadí las dos bananas al bowl juntamente con la avena
I then added the two bananas to the bowl along with the oatmeal.


Seguidamente corté trozos de coco, se los añadí a la avena y a las bananas
Next, I cut coconut pieces, added them to the oatmeal and bananas, and then added them to the oatmeal.




Luego con un tenedor trituré hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.
Then with a fork I mash until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.


Después coloqué la mezcla en una bandeja previamente enharinada y llevé al horno a una temperatura de 250 C por veinte minutos.
Then I placed the mixture in a previously floured tray and baked it in the oven at a temperature of 250 C for twenty minutes.

Transcurrido el tiempo retiré del horno y listo a disfrutar de estas deliciosas barras energética en compañía de mi familia.
Once the time had elapsed, I removed from the oven and ready to enjoy these delicious energy bars with my family.

Wow upon reading this is really an easy recipe but is there an alternative with oven? I want to try it but we don't have an oven.

Is it necessary to slice the coconut? Is that an old coconut or not not old? How about if we grate the coconut for easy eating? That is just a question in my mind that made me wonder what if if we do that way?

Hi dear I think it's great , if you want you can grate the coconut , yes it is a new coconut . As it does not have you can do it in a pan over low heat and put a little oil so it does not stick.

Wow really, hopefully I can try it. Oatmeal, banana and coconut is available here.

I am thinking what is the result if I will steam it, hehehe.
